At the completion of every job we ask our customers to review our business on our website. Their comments are reviewed manually for inappropriate language and then posted to the website unedited.
This review was a "Telephone Submission". Often after work is completed we conduct a telephone survey to ensure complete satisfaction with the work we did. With permission, Comments from these calls are transcribed and displayed on our website.
This review was a "Postal Mail Submission". Our customers send us letters through traditional postal mail reviewing our performance. When they do, we transcribe it and place it on our website.

Hello...
Wanted to send a quick note to thank you for the service your team provided
for our garage doors. Richie Rathburn was very professional and
demonstrated great expertise in reviewing our doors and making adjustments
and recommendations. Also, please thank your receptionist/dispatcher.
They both displayed a very friendly and professional attitude, and the
work, albeit simple (battery replacement and programming), was performed
quickly and efficiently.
We were, however, a bit disappointed in your parts pricing. I appreciate
a certain degree of mark-up, but 27% margin over ListMaster's direct price
(shipping included) seemed a bit high ($ 75 vs $ 49.90 + $ 9.23 ). While
we will certainly give some thought to your rebuild service for our doors,
the cost of the parts is a concern.
Either way, we appreciate your timely service! Please pass along our
thanks to those members of your staff.
