Sometimes our customers send us emails to let us know more about how we performed. With their permission these are posted to the site. This review was a "Postal Mail Submission". Our customers send us letters through traditional postal mail reviewing our performance. When they do, we transcribe it and place it on our website.

On Saturday morning at 6am, I heard a loud bang in my garage. The spring that pulls the garage door up and down cracked in half. I did a google search for garage door repairs and your website popped up along with a few others. I left a message for one but got through to your business. Your price to come and fix my door on a Saturday was 50% less than your competitor so I arranged for your tech to come out Saturday afternoon. Damien showed up on time and explained to me what happened, why it happened, and assured me he could fix it in 20 minutes. HE DID!!!!! He was courteous and professional! Rick restored my confidence in Precision Door Service. 3 years ago we had Precision install a new garage door. To our disappointment, it was not well done. Every time we opened or closed the garage door, the garage ceiling was shaking, and after a year, the chain fell. We were really upset and didn't want to spend any more money on the garage door, hence for the past 2 years, we manually opened and closed the door whenever needed to. Because a friend was going to stay with us for a while, so we thought it's better to have the automatic garage door fixed, we decided to call Precision again to test them and complain to them. The outcome was really a pleasant surprise that made us regret why didn't we call Precision sooner. Rick is such an expert in all matters related to garage door. Within a couple minutes he did a thorough examination of the door and identified all the old problems we already knew and the new problems that occurred during the past two years when we neglected and didn't use the garage door opener. When we complained about the last installation done 3 years ago, he apologized for the company and offered to fix the problem for us without extra charge. He knew immediately what contributed to the ceiling shaking problem and knew how to fix it. (He also mentioned that the technician who installed our garage door left the company long time ago). His professionalism and technical expertise were superb and make us totally have confidence again in Precision.
