This review was a "Report Card Submission". We ask our customers to fill out a "report card", like the one pictured below, at the completion of every job. The star rating is an average of how the technician performed in knowledge, promptness, courtesy, ability to finish the job quickly and in one visit, clean up of the job site and overall quality of the finished work. To add transparency to our business we make these public on our website.
At the completion of every job we ask our customers to review our business on our website. Their comments are reviewed manually for inappropriate language and then posted to the website unedited.
This review was a "Telephone Submission". Often after work is completed we conduct a telephone survey to ensure complete satisfaction with the work we did. With permission, Comments from these calls are transcribed and displayed on our website.
This review was an "E-mail Submission". Sometimes our customers send us emails to let us know more about how we performed. With their permission these are posted to the site.

Think this is 2nd survey I sent - but guess 2 is better than none.
Jim was knowledgeable and efficient. Liked that he called approx 15-20 mins before he was to arrive. Also like that he had repair strip and remote in his truck, none of that "I have to go back to the factory" stuff.
Liked use of the coupon and that appointment scheduled so promptly after our telephone call.

This was the second experience with Precision and again was satisfied. Great response time. A tech was out to my home within an hour!
The tech was courteous, knowledgeable and well schooled. He represented the business very well. He also inspected both doors and pointed out a potential safety issue and therefore was given a welcomed ok to correct the problem.

In June 2007 one of my springs broke on the garage door. Precision promptly sent Jim Dean to replace the spring. He recommended a garage door rebuild to which I agreed. Because I was impressed with his knowledge and service I didn't hesitate to call Precision again. This time I needed to replace my door opener. Once more Precision sent a knowledgeable technician, Jeff Wardell. Jeff arrived on time and patiently answered all of my questions including the stupid ones. I think you should give these guys a bonus. They are an asset to your company's reputation and also reflect the spirit of your employees.
