Everyone at the company from the receptionist I spoke with was extremely helpful. The technician , Steve who did the service call was patient and made sure I knew how to reset my password & how my system worked. He did an inspection and noticed my cables where starting to fray and we discussed the cause and recommended repairs, I felt confident in his knowledge and never felt pressured into having repairs done to garage cables. I did go forward with suggested repairs. I would definitely recommend this company.

Everyone from my salesman, office staff and installers, Joe and Tony, were all courteous, professional, friendly and respectful of my property. Brian came to my home to fix my garage doors which had a wide gap on the sides when closed and the cold air was coming into the garage making it difficult to keep warm. Not only was he very professional and polite, he fixed the gap on the sides and now my garage is staying much warmer....no more heat loss. Our garage door broke on Christmas Eve. We called but expected them to say they would be there next week. They had it fixed on Christmas Eve and had it completed with in 1.5 hours. Thank you that was over and above customer service.
