This was the first time I used Precision. They were able to accommodate my schedule with a Saturday appointment at a time convenient for me. Cody was the technician assigned. He called to advise when he was coming and arrived on time. He was very courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. He looked over the problem, advised what the remedy would be, how much it would cost and how long it would take. I would use them again.

First of all I love the word precision that's what got my attention and made me choose your company.. I must say I had a SMALL problem with something that was installed and was not happy and notified precision. They got back to me within hours and also promised to correct it as soon as the part comes in and gave me a credit. Now that's doing good business so I highly recommend this company to all.
