Dear Sir, I just wanted to write a quick review and commend you for running a top notch business. Everyone in your company displayed the utmost in professionalism, from the initial call taker in your Brick office, to your salesman Roger and my installer Tony. I ordered a brand new garage door and Roger was very knowledgable, helpful and straightforward. He understood the exact style and "look" I was trying to achieve and it turned out beautiful. The door truly accentuated and improved the appearance of my home. Roger even showed up during the installation, to make sure that everything was done to my satisfaction. My installer "Tony" was very friendly and a top-notch mechanic. He installed my new garage door with clock-like precision, and explained the finer points of the installation, and instructed me on how to maintain and clean it properly. I especially appreciated the punctuality of Roger and Tony. When they said they would be at my home at a certain time, they showed up right on time or even a few minutes early. Most impressive! Great customer service from the get go. Called Monday evening and someone was able to come out Wednesday morning. Received a courtesy call promptly 20 minutes before the technitions arrival, just as they told me they would on the phone Monday. Assessment of what needed to be fixed along with the repair was under an hour and done very well.

I called first thing in the morning. Talked with Amanda. She said a tech would be here between 10-2. saying to myself,,,,yea right. To my surprise, 10A.M. he showed. Very polite and attacked the problem. He "tweeked" a few small problems along with fixing my reason for calling. I highly recommend this company.

Installation of a new garage door and opener. James and Frank were very prompt, called to let us know they were on their way. They did a terrific job of installing the door and opener, programed our car, cleaned up and were on their way. Very pleased with the job they did and the clean up. Called them at 12:30 on a Saturday. The technician was here by 4:30. Not only was my problem taken care of but the technician pointed out a couple of areas that could lead to future problems. I'm very happy with the state of the repairs and the expertise of the technician. I will certainly use Precision again.
