I was very pleased with Precision. I was able to get a repairman promptly. He arrived at the designated time and worked on the problem. The door now works correctly. The repairman was capable, efficient, and very courteous. I will definitely call Precision if I have future problems with my garage door.

Brian was fast and efficient in fixing the door; but he was also very nice, and explained clearly to me what I could have done differently and why that might have worked. It was a short class in one of the design-parameters of such doors: a learning-experience for me. 5 stars.

***** : promptly scheduled, technician arrived on time, explained clearly, worked efficiently, and repair was successful. (Job was to replace very old motor, whose gears had stripped, so it wouldn't move the door.) Chose Precision because it did good work the previous time, some years ago.
