while satisfied with the repairs, the price seemed way overboard. I WAS AT WORK WHEN THE SERVICEMAN arrived, so my wife had to relay info over the phone. the repair took less than 1 hr and the cost was nearly $900. Did i get ripped off? I will do some research and make some phone calls to find out if i was. Please review my bill to see if there were any errors.

Many times we repair a customers door when the husband or wife is at work and he or she gets home and just looks at the price and was not present when the technician explained to the spouse what their options were. They make a decision and we repair the problem only to get a call of what did we do? Some don't give me the time to explain what we do and how we do it. You did and I Thank You!
