Brandon was friendly, knowledgeable and thorough as he explained we needed to have the pulleys replaced. He was not pushing to replace other parts which were still in working order. He was on time (appointment between 10-12, he arrived at 10:20). He called to say he was about 20 minutes out and he was correct. We have used this service twice before and certainly would recommend it

Bracket holding springs to wall became loose. Brandon saw the problem and replaced the old springs and added reinforcement. He was very courteous and professional and checked the unit for proper operation. I was very impressed with the service.

The Tech Brandon that came to the house to measure, review and provide an estimate was vet professional, on time, polite and thorough. Brandon, was very polite, on time and thorough with the explanation of the issue. Spring snapped in half and needed to be replaced along with a bolt/nut. Was a little pricey, but door is working wonderfully and I have a 5 year warranty.
