An Ocean County native, Bobby is enthusiastic about his work and looks forward to ensuring each customer is satisfied with our repairs and services. When not assisting our customers, he most likely can be found following his passion for cars and for basketball, whether playing on one of many local leagues, or faithfully supporting the Brooklyn Nets despite the odds!

Brian likes to travel and explore new places. He has a passion for studying history and he loves learning new things. He enjoys all types of music, but usually prefers music with a good bassline since it’s one of his favorite instruments to play. Brian’s favorite quote is “We are what we pretend to be, so we must be careful about what we pretend to be.” Kurt Vonnegut

C.J. is a skilled Garage Door Technician. His work philosophy is to fix it right the first time! His customers describe him as being thorough and efficient. C.J. likes to snowboard, hike, and hang out with his two boys when he’s not at work.

Joe is patient, precise, and pays close attention to detail. He likes to get it done and get it done right. Our customers consider him very professional & friendly. Joe enjoys spending quality time with his wife and son.

The quote that Seth finds most inspirational is: “Hard work beats talent when talent fails to work hard.” Seth really enjoys watching football and baseball and spending time with his friends. He appreciates the rhythmic wordplay and storytelling of Rap music.

I have over 25 years of customer service experience and have been servicing garage doors since June 2015. I’m originally from NY and moved to New Jersey back in 2013. My spare time is spent with my wife, friends, and family. I have a lot of love for animals and hope to be able to adopt a dog/dogs in the future.

Willy has been repairing garage doors since 2013 and takes great pride in delivering quality work for every customer. A true people person, he enjoys connecting with others and making them feel at ease. Faith and family are central in his life, and when he’s not working, you might find him cheering on his beloved Mets or listening to his eclectic music collection. A former high school football and baseball player, Willy brings the same dedication and teamwork from the field into his work every day.

When Connor is not skillfully installing garage doors, he can often be found spending time with his friends and family, playing basketball, bowling, and golfing.

Gregg lives by the motto “work smarter, not harder,” bringing efficiency and focus to everything he does. Outside the office, he’s passionate about fitness and combat sports, spending his time training in Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, hitting the gym, or playing basketball. A fan of R&B and inspired by the film Coach Carter, Gregg’s energy and drive are summed up in his favorite quote: “Shake and bake.”

Born and raised in Brick, NJ, Brian brings to Precision his patience, years of experience in the service industry and outstanding customer service skills. His pleasant demeanor and positive attitude mixed with his belief of teaching and not simply selling always results in a satisfying service experience. Brian looks forward to meeting new people and sharing with you his knowledge of garage door safety. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family and listening to all different kinds of music.

Brianna loves diving into a good book, playing video games, and unwinding with a few rounds of solitaire. A big Ozzy Osbourne fan, she’s got a rocker’s spirit and a curious mind—her favorite quote is, “It never hurts to ask questions.” Whether she’s solving problems on the job or in a game, Brianna brings focus, patience, and a love for learning to everything she does.

Caitlin has 15 years of customer service experience. Caitlin enjoys kayaking, snowboarding, trying new restaurants and food, cooking, and traveling. Her favorite quote is “Never give up on the things that make you smile.”

Colleen has an extensive background in marketing and customer service. She enjoys rollerblading, hiking, and exploring new places. A couple of Colleen’s favorite songs are: “Send Me On My Way” by Rusted Root and Nina Simone’s rendition of “Here Comes the Sun”. Favorite Quote: “This above all: to Thine Own Self be True” by William Shakespeare.

Danielle is a skilled Customer Service Representative with over 25 years of experience. Her favorite quote is “It is what it is.” Danielle loves the sun and the outdoors. She is known for her insane dolphin collection and her green thumb. When she’s not working, you will find Danielle spending her time with family, friends, and always JRB!

Started as a technician with Precision Doors in 2006. With his deep breadth of knowledge and experience, he has been instrumental in training and mentoring our technicians, installers, and staff. He now serves as our senior Sales Manager. A great troubleshooter, he loves working for Precision and educating his customers on all matters relating to new garage doors, repairs and maintenance. In his spare time, he loves to play golf and bowl, maintaining his high average with his time-honored night league.

Scott is one of the longest serving members of our Brick team and Precision simply could not function without him. Scott oversees our warehouse and inventory, keeping it organized and immaculate, ensuring the Precision technicians and installers have all the quality parts and equipment they need for daily customer service calls. When he is not at work, he raises chickens while his faithful dog watches the farm.

As Operations Manager, Shannon is the key asset who fosters the seamless and successful operations of the company, working tirelessly with our technicians, installers, manufacturers and clients. Shannon started with Precision in 2011 and has built an impressive understanding of the range of garage door problems and the effective solutions that have benefited countless customers. She is also extremely well-versed regarding door selection, measurements and installation processes which allows for a complete and successful customer experience.
