Just wanted to thank your customer service rep for her patience in listening to my situation. The service call was granted under warranty work without a service call. Thank you. Also, the tech Rick Jones only had to listen to the door opening and knew exactly the cause of the problem and immediately replaced the incorrect part. Prompt, professional and courteous. A pleasure to do business with. My repair was more extensive than I hoped but Jim explained my options and was very patient while I weighed the pros and cons of each of them. We are very pleased with the result. I would not hesitate to recommend Jim and Precision Door Service. My appointment was for a Monday morning-the office called Saturday to see if I would like the work performed early do to a cancellation-worked for me!

Garage door spring broke Thursday night of labor day weekend. Called Friday morning for service, was told Saturday AM appointment available. Told lady I had young grand kids with bikes in the garage and asked if she could do earlier. She told me should could do Friday 4-8p. Technician called around 4p and was here by 4:15p! Did a great job explaining problem, my options and completed job in an excellent manner. Very satisfied, I would recommend to anyone. Thank you!
