Excellent service from the company arranging an Emergency Service call when my door fell off the track. I must admit that when I saw the high ratings I was a bit skeptical. But I was very wrong ! You need more stars !! 5 is not enough ! My garage doors are 14 years old and a spring snapped on one of the doors. We called Precision and they came to our home. Rick was very professional and provided us with a quote to fix the spring. I asked him to also look at the other garage door and I decided to have him do preventive maintenance. The work was completed within 90 minutes and pleased with results.

HE WAS SUCH A NICE GUY. I THINK THAT HE WAS THE SAME FELLOW THAT WAS HERE THE LAST TIME THAT I HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE GARAGE DOOR. THE DOOR IS WORKING WELL FOR ME NOW.
