We had Brian the younger come to repair a recurring problem with the garage door that was installed a year and a half ago. One of the rollers keeps dislodging from the rail. He had been here before and was very helpful and honest. He reset the mechanism and told us that if it happened again to call back for a further adjustment. Hopefully, that will not be necessary, although this is the third time we have needed help with the same problem. The company has been very coopoerative in extending our warranty for this recurring problem, and we remain loyal customers.

Bobby Sanford was the tech and he explained everything he was going to do to repair my garage door and I am very thankful for his help. Precision door put my new garage door in 8 years ago, I never had an issue….well 8 years later my spring needed to be changed and I Thank God I was still in their system, they sent out one of their guys “Bobby” who could not have been any nicer, very polite and professional. My great experience with Precision Door began when I placed my call to set up an appointment. I was greeted by a courteous, helpful agent that got me an appointment for the following morning. Steve, my garage door specialist called me 15 minutes out, arrived on time & introduced himself upon arrival. He listened to me while I described the problem with our garage door opener, answered all of my questions, offered options & gave prices. He replaced parts, all of which he had in his truck. Steve was polite and professional. I highly recommend Precision Door.

Called for a repair. Mike came and tried to repair our old opener. Unfortunately we needed a new one. Mike installed the new opener. It was quick and easy. Everything was programmed and works perfectly. This new opener is much quieter and smoother than the old one. Nice Job Mike!!

I called around 8:30 in the morning. Steve showed up a few hours later. Couldn't believe the response time on a Saturday. Anyway , replaced the 4 springs and wire cables, really fast and and tested the safety stops. Well worth the it and and, very professional. The guy new his stuff. Thanks'

Bobby was at my house for two other big jobs in the last year. Made a call to the office on Thursday 12/19/2024 at 1 pm. The very friendly lady listened to my concerns and said Bobby will be out to my house the next day between 11am to 2pm. Bobby called me to let me know he was on his way to my house. Bobby changed the sensor which was not working properly. He is an amazing friendly young gentleman who always does the job correctly.
