The Technician Michael Solis was excellent and efficient. My only concern is the price, which I thought was too high. When I compared the price of the parts on the web, the price should have been in the $300 range. I have used your company in the past for both of my houses. I my have to shop around in the future.

We received estimate. No mention of senior discount. No mention of 20 percent discount on Amarr door. No mention of 10 yr warranty and actual warranty certificate with inclusive and exclusions to warranty. Please respond so we can finalize our decision. Please clarify 90d warranty on what? 1 yr warranty on what?

The response was great. Same day service as advertised. The technician was very friendly and helpful. Our door spring had suddenly broken and the technician was there within an hour. He replaced both springs, cables, brackets, lubricated the roller, belts and hinges and straightened the bent rail. He was done in a couple of hours. It was a bit expensive to get it all done, but we are very satisfied with the response and work done.

I bought a garage door back during covid. I finally had it installed 3 years ago . And weds the springs broke. So I called. And tech came and said it would be $685 to replace the springs. I was shocked that springs cost that much to install so I told the tech hold on im calling ur office . Long story short they took off $150 off the price and I was happy that they work with me.cause if they didn’t I would call someone else . Thank you precision

Purchased a High end Fimbel garage door. While we love the door I am extremely disappointed with the way the lower door seal fits our garage door apron. One would think when you pay over $10-K for a door that the lower seal should cover some small variations where the seal meets the apron. Admittedly our apron is not new and 100% perfect, but our old inexpensive builders grade door sealed perfectly. The installers tried to improve the fit by bending the tracks with pliers, and I am not sure what was about, but this did not change anything.

The service technician Cody was excellent.,..polite, professional, knowledgeable and completed the job in a short amount of time. That said, I have sticker shock on the price of the job. I made the service call because one of my springs had snapped and my garage door would not open. Cody advised that in addition to the spring, I had to have the safety cable, extension cable, and pulleys replaced. And it had to be done on both sides to ensure proper balance on the garage door. Bottom line price $831.62! Yikes!!

The technician was polite and efficient. He provided very good service. I had to make an “emergency” call because of a burglary and I think it was a bit expensive considering the technician was already in the neighborhood.

The repair service was timely, and performed well. While I recognize the need for all businesses to cover costs and return a profit, at $400.00 ($399.84 to be precise) I thought the price was a bit steep for the 1/2 of work replacing the spring but overall I am satisfied.

Steve was really honest with our repair issue and was able to fix our garage door. He was extremely concerned for our safety during his repairs and nicely asked us to leave the garage as he re-inspected his work so we would not be hurt should anything become amiss. Although I am still waiting for a copy of the repair invoice.

It was told when made the apt. It would cost $99 service fee plus parts. Well those parts were expensive .$149 for each cable and the same for the springs .The guys who did the job were great

I came home and try to open the door with the key pad and it doesn’t work. I was also told it has a app option I don’t have the link . I think the door is lovely and quiet then before .

The only criticism I can make is they didn’t get the number off the motor for me. I had knee surgery so ladders are difficult at the moment. The guy’s were great in all else !
