Brandon was friendly, knowledgeable and thorough as he explained we needed to have the pulleys replaced.
He was not pushing to replace other parts which were still in working order.
He was on time (appointment between 10-12, he arrived at 10:20). He called to say he was about 20 minutes out and he was correct.
We have used this service twice before and certainly would recommend it

Yes, I am a repeat customer. I had a garage door rebuild last year because of a broken spring and liked it so much I signed up to get the other door done even though it wasn't in bad shape. Brian was my technician again (by my request) and he is very efficient and informative.
He is a very tidy worker and cleans up all parts. I will have him back whenever I need garage door service again. He did such a good job I don't expect that call will come anytime in the near future. Thanks Brian.
