Our contractor-original garage door had begun to make a terrible noise this past few weeks. Frank did a wonderful job explaining where the issues were and what the best options would be in the long run and for the short term. When it's time for brand new doors we'll be using Precision.

Precision is terrific!!! Their workers are pleasant, friendly and very professional. Their work is excellent! Last year I had a problem with one of my lift motors. By mistake I called a different company. Although pleasant, I had to call them back twice more--and the motor still didn't work. I called Precision and they fixed the problem immediately!!

INSTALLATION OF SPRINGS, ROLLERS, AND CABLES WENT SMOOTHLY AND EFFICIENT. SAFETY SENSORS SHOULD HAVE BEEN MOVED UP TO AVOID BRACKET FROM HITTING. THIS ISSUE WAS RESOLVED BY GARY LEWIS THE NEXT DAY.

We contacted Precision because they performed work for us before and are very happy with past experiences. Gary diagnosed the problem quickly, explained what needed to be done to repair the opener, performed the repair quickly and made any adjustments to ensure the door would open and close correctly. Would not hesitate call and use Precision in the future if needed.

I contacted Precision because they appeared to have a great reputation in the community. Their technician Gary arrived on time, diagnosed the problem, and gave me several options to repair my door. I didn't accept the lowest cost option, but it was offered to me. He repaired the door, adjusted the opener, lubricated and performed maintenance on the entire mechanism, and took the time to speak with me to make sure I was satisfied with everything. Honestly, the door and opener operate BETTER than when we moved into the home 2 years ago. Based on my experience, I would recommend Precision for any overhead door needs. Also, based on this experience, I don't think I will need to contact them ever again for this door. The repair was that good! And that is EXACTLY what you want...

I found out about Precision by googling for garage repair in Jackson,NJ and this site popped up. Although I called for repairs, Richie advised me that I needed a new system [ 2 doors and openers for them at $2500.00.) John will be here tomorrow to install them so stay tuned for my next review.
