Your technician Brian explained about the door opener and why it was not functioning properly. We discussed replacing the door opener and garage door. I saw the need to have everything replaced. He was very pleasant and helpful in our discussions. Lauren who took my phone calls was very polite to me for the times I had to speak to her. She handled all calls in a cheerful and professional manner. Tim and Tony arrived on time and set forth in installing the new garage opener and door. When completed, Tim explained everything they had done as well as the use of the remotes, keypad and door control panel. They worked well together. Each knew what was expected and they completed their task professionally.

Rick performed job well and made proper recommendations, will be purchasing new door in 2012. Rick has very good knowledge of commercial doors. Recommend sending technicians knowledgeable about commercial doors, as first technician had limited knowledge. Please commend Rick for a job well done!
