We have used Precision and will continue to do so. They are pleasant to deal with, the phones are always answered and they are very prompt. Today our Precision Garage Doors technician was Cody. He was very polite, friendly and thoroigh. Cody fixed our garage door, checked everything and made some observations and suggestions regarding our aging machinery. But no hard up-sell. The pricing is transparent and fair. I highly recommend Precision

My garage door was out of alignment and my sensors on my garage door were starting to go bad. I called Precision Garage Door Service based on their reviews and business history. They were very responsive and sent a repairman the next morning. Corey arrived promptly and was able to pinpoint the issues, let me know the cost options up front, and had the replacements and repairs done quickly. Corey was excellent, explaining what he had done to fix the issues. Kudos as well to the agent who booked the appointments and provided me with copies of my invoices, very helpful and caring. Very satisfied with the service Precision provided.

Called them after hours on December 23rd and they still had a technician out here the next day (Christmas Eve). He was able to get our door back on track and order a new part for us. Cody (pretty sure that was his name) was personable and professional. So glad we called them!
