I dealt with Precision garage about two years ago and they were fantastic then and they’re fantastic today …they were on time for the appointment, explained everything he was doing to fix the issues and worked fast, the servicemen CJ was awesome, professional, friendly. Highly recommend precision garage doors!!!

I called for an appointment and the service technician was here within an hour the work was completed in less than an hour. I needed a new opener and a brace put on the garage door. In less than one hour he replaced the opener, put the metal brace on the door, gave me new keypad, new remotes and programmed everything perfectly. He was professional, polite and extremely cautious/careful during this Covid pandemic. I highly recommend this company as they provide great customer service!!!

Workers showed up on time and did a nice install on both new garage door and garage door opener. Would have given 5 stars except they didn’t tell me ahead of time that I needed to supply light bulbs. I also showed them where I wanted the keypad and they placed it too high. I have a shoulder problem and would’ve liked it at the comfortable height I had indicated to them. I was home. They could’ve double-checked before drilling into brick if they had any doubts.
