We have used Precision Garage Doors several times in the past since we have three garage doors! Luckily, they come the same day and the repairs are done without delay. The gentlemen doing the work are courteous, punctual and very knowledgeable about their work. I had my rollers ,cable and springs replaced. The technician also tighten all my screws attaching the system to the walls and tightened my controls on the wall as well! Thank you, Precision for a job well done, again! Rorie Coppola

Bobby was great but the Co prices on parts skyrocketed! came on time called texted very professional! price increase of 200$ from 3 years was not so great! not thrilled but oh well

Brian Ford my service tech was prompt and explained clearly our garage door Sensor Issue. He made the necessary Repairs and replaced the Sensors to 2 Garage Doors and replaced the 2 Bottom Boot Seals. He discussed the Warranty on the Products. The Job was Completed to our Satisfaction. What a Wonderful Employee and Service Tech. I would highly Recommend Brian Ford and Precision Garage Door Company! He made our Home Safe and us Very Happy with the Results and Service! Danielle your Appointment person also did a wonderful job providing us with a Saturday appointment time to fit our Schedule. I can’t say Enough Good Words about our Experience. Thank You Again! A good company must have great workers. Brian was honest, knowledgeable, and courteous. Brian had the competence to do the job. Brian performed a complete checkout after he replaced the garage spring, and noticed a noise during the opening and closing operation. Brian did not avoid the noise and leave the site. Instead he corrected the problem so that this little noise will not become a big problem in the future. Great job!

The cable on one of our garage doors broke on a Sunday night around 8 PM. I could not believe when I called precision door that someone actually answered the phone. Then they were able to have someone come out the next and fix everything. Tremendous customer service and tremendous service by the technician that helped us out. Thank you so much!
