I called precision because the belt had broken on my garage door. They came and charged me 98.00 plus tax The looked at my doors and wrote up an estimate for close to 3000 dollars. This is an outrageous amount. I told Steve that it was much more then I wanted to spend. The bill was itemized and everything was nickel and dimed. Ie. 20$ for light bulbs. Many things that I did not need. I called another company and I am very satisfied with the other company. I am angry with precision I lost over 100$ for nothing and I feel their company is a rip off. If you want to spend lots of money when you should use them otherwise call another company

Bobby called me when enroute to my house when 20 minutes away. When arriving he inspected my garage door system. We discussed 3 different options and what must be replaced immediately. He did not try upsell me and actually educated me on what each part is made of and the anticipated life remaining. I elected to get a complete rebuild (Springs; Cables; Pulleys; Rollers; Misc. Hardware) which included a nice discount with a 10 year warranty. He was very quick and very neat in rebuilding my garage door system. He showed me everything that he replaced and then recycled the garage door showing me how nice the system worked. He assured me if there were any issues that I should call. I felt that Bobby Sanborn is an asset to Precision Garage Door. He made me feel comfortable; like part of the family. Very impressed with Precision door service. Precision repaired my garage door in Feb. 2025. In July 2025 garage door was not operating properly so I called them to report the problem. They sent a repair man to my house the same day to fix the problem at no additional cost.
