Precision Door Service did an excellent job repairing both my garage doors. The office manager that took my call was very helpful and very courteous and kept me informed when the technician was expected at my house. Bryan (the technician) called and gave me an estimated time of arrival, Bryan was extremely knowledgeable and explained what was needed and gave me recommendations for the doors. I reached out to Precision late in the evening on Friday and told them about my very noisy garage door that was causing concern. They made an appointment and sent a technician the very next day. The technician was very friendly and explained what was wrong with the door. He suggested replacing the rollers and the springs and gave me an estimate. We decided to replace them. He was very fast and efficient and got the job done in half an hour. The door works great now and is smooth to open and close. Overall, it was a great end to end experience!

Seth Kirwan showed up on time, worked very hard and very efficiently to install new springs, a new door lifter motor, key pad, belt rail, etc. He patiently explained how to use the new equipment, programmed both the new keypad and the remote button on the mirror of my car and hauled away all the used parts and hardware. I was very pleased with his professionalism and positive attitude.

I called precision because the belt had broken on my garage door. They came and charged me 98.00 plus tax The looked at my doors and wrote up an estimate for close to 3000 dollars. This is an outrageous amount. I told Steve that it was much more then I wanted to spend. The bill was itemized and everything was nickel and dimed. Ie. 20$ for light bulbs. Many things that I did not need. I called another company and I am very satisfied with the other company. I am angry with precision I lost over 100$ for nothing and I feel their company is a rip off. If you want to spend lots of money when you should use them otherwise call another company
