My sister has used Precision for years and highly recommended we use them when we were ready to replace our doors. I had several phone conversations with Danielle and she was extremely helpful in answering all our questions. Jim came to our house this morning and was also very knowledgeable, sharing information about the company as well as their products and services. This was a very positive and easy purchasing experience and we are looking forward to having our doors installed.

We received estimate. No mention of senior discount. No mention of 20 percent discount on Amarr door. No mention of 10 yr warranty and actual warranty certificate with inclusive and exclusions to warranty. Please respond so we can finalize our decision. Please clarify 90d warranty on what? 1 yr warranty on what?

My Garage Door went off the track at 11 A.M. on Saturday morning. I called precision and their Technician Robbie arrived by 2:30 P.M. the same day! Robbie quicky assessed the problem and performed the needed repair. He was very friendly and courteous. I would recommend Precision to my neighbors.
