Bobby called me when enroute to my house when 20 minutes away. When arriving he inspected my garage door system. We discussed 3 different options and what must be replaced immediately. He did not try upsell me and actually educated me on what each part is made of and the anticipated life remaining. I elected to get a complete rebuild (Springs; Cables; Pulleys; Rollers; Misc. Hardware) which included a nice discount with a 10 year warranty. He was very quick and very neat in rebuilding my garage door system. He showed me everything that he replaced and then recycled the garage door showing me how nice the system worked. He assured me if there were any issues that I should call. I felt that Bobby Sanborn is an asset to Precision Garage Door. He made me feel comfortable; like part of the family. Very impressed with Precision door service. Precision repaired my garage door in Feb. 2025. In July 2025 garage door was not operating properly so I called them to report the problem. They sent a repair man to my house the same day to fix the problem at no additional cost.

Precision had helped us in 2019 when we had an issue with our garage opener. They inspected, corrected the problem and also replaced the warm dash at the bottom of the door. Very professional. Currently we could not close the door and the motor sounded terrible. We called and received a quick response. After the service tech inspected the door and opener, the problem was explained and options were explained clearly so we could make a decision to repair or replace. The service tech was very professional and knowledgeable. We were very pleased.

Have used Precision in the past. Today was an excellent service visit. We needed a whole new unit. The technician Joe Yazal did an efficient job but he also walked us through the set up and even connected our Car remote to the Garage. I am a senior citizen and Joe explained each step of the new technology of the system. We even called him after he had left to verify our understanding of the motion light detector. He not only rendered excellent technical service but his Customer Service skills are highly commendable. Thank you for a job well done and you have a customer for life. We only called your office yesterday, Thursday, and were able to get an appointment for today Friday. Your office personnel are also extremely helpful and friendly.

Appreciated the quick response to my request for service after knocking the garage door down b c I backed up too quickly. C J came within 4 hours . My door and house was secured and the garage door made usable. I was not pushed to do extra unnecessary work though maintenance suggestions were recommended and some were done.
