5+ stars! Brandon Higgins came & replaced a large part in our old opener. He is a great repairman -- he explained everything (part & its cost) before I gave the OK. He's very personable & laughed at my jokes! I no longer go to the Yellow Pages, I have Precision's phone number in my address book.

new garage door opener the advertisement in the yellow pages was big had a local phone number and also the information on the right side of the ad about how to choose a contractor was helpful. When I called on a Saturday someone answered the phone, answered my questions and offered me an immediate appointment. Rick came to fix/install new door opener on a Monday morning,he was on time and very pleasant. He did a great job and was thorough. I spent more than I wanted to but I am happy with the product and the installation.
