I had previous experience with Precision company and was extremely impressed with their excellent customer service experience Since my garage door was damaged last week I knew I will contact Precision company to replace the damaged garage door and they were very professional to offer new garage door which was installed at promised time

We had our garage doors installed in 2019, but last night one door had issues when opening/closing. I called this morning and they had a tech in the area who came less than 2 hours later. Tom Bird came, gave a very honest assessment of the issue, and was able to fix the issue within an hour. And he was able to recognize that we may have the same issue eventually with our other door, so he fixed that side as well. He did a fantastic, very professional job and was incredibly polite and helpful. Would highly recommend! Overall, we've been very happy with our garage doors.

Jim arrived within the 4 hour window and we began discussing my options regarding my needing a new garage door opener. After telling me it would cost more for a new opener and door replacement parts, we decided on a package deal offer that included a new door, parts and opener for a better price. I opted to go with the package deal, so Jim went ahead and placed the order and said when the order arrives at the shop, I will be contacted to set up an installation appointment. I was very satisfied with Jim's knowledge and his willingness to make me the best offer instead of just going ahead and replacing parts piece meal for more money. I would highly recommend Precision for all my future garage door needs.

They came out the very next day to repair my garage door. They called to alert me they were on their way. Fixed my problem at minimal cost.
