I was looking for a local company with good reviews and liked what I saw on your web page: I got the sense of a pretty extensive organization, but also got a "local company" vibe. I could not be happier with the experience: Seth came out within a couple hours of calling, right on time, and was very courteous, professional, and great to talk to. I felt he took time to explain what he recommended, gave me options, and did not pressure or upsell me on anything. I would definitely recommend Precision and expect to have them back in the future.

Talking with the person booking the appointment I was not told that was an additional fee and thought I was paying $90 less. The service was good enough and they came out to the house so fast, I still may use them again.
