I was very pleased with the service from Precision. I used Precision eight years ago and was well satisfied. My garage door broke and needed extensive repair. I was happy to receive the same quality level of service this time as well. My service professional, Jim D was prompt, knowledgeable, efficient and totally fixed the problem. I was prepared to purchase a new unit, however the technician suggested looking at the old unit first. He hooked it up and made a few minor adjustments and the old unit worked perfectly. Nice to work with an honest company.

Precision was awesome. Our old garage door stopped working, I called precision, they came right over, explained our problem clearly and in an hour we had a brand new working system for a great price.. Both telephone personnel and technician were extremely courteous. On site technician was very sympathetic to my distress (having to replace entire system), however I did not doubt his diagnosis even though I would obviously have been happier if repaired us new. I was very impressed with technician and his overall demeanor.
