He did a great job, walked me through everything with my new garage door opener and answered all my questions. Bobby was friendly, personable and professional. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Tom Bird was my Installer and he was great. Timely and professional. He took the time to show me all the instructions and the had the patience to answer my questions. Tech Rep Brandon arrived asked what the problem was and after viewing the door stated the pulleys were bad. He replaced the four pulleys and door worked fine. Brandon was very professional and pleasant in dealing with the problem.
