You installed my garage door in 2012 and I've used you for service since. Today I had the pleasure of meeting Bobby, who was awesome! He did a great job, walked me through everything with my new garage door opener and answered all my questions. Bobby was friendly, personable and professional. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Shout out also to Brian who serviced my garage door last year! All of your techs have been great!!

I could not be happier with Precision. I was impressed with the ease of navigation and information on the website. Shanon in Customer Service was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Tom Bird was my Installer and he was great. Timely and professional. He took the time to show me all the instructions and the had the patience to answer my questions. I would recommend Precision 10 out of 10 x and give them as many stars.

Tech Rep Brandon arrived asked what the problem was and after viewing the door stated the pulleys were bad. He replaced the four pulleys and door worked fine. Brandon was very professional and pleasant in dealing with the problem.

They were Great! Wish I had not waited as long as I did to call them. They came on time, called 30 minutes before and the Garage Door was fixed and I was explained everything to and they were gone in 30 minutes. Appreciate Local Companies that I can rely on and trust! Thanks!!!!!
