Best service! Cody was so professional and patient to explain what needed to be done to make adjustments to my very old garage door. Works well again and new doors will be a consideration in my budget next year. Will definitely recommend Precision to everyone and come back to you guys for a new installation! Thank you.

I had despaired of ever again being able to open my garage door. My remote was long lost, and the garage-opening mechanism was so old that none of the garage door companies I called had even heard of it. Inside of ten minutes the technician had examined it and made a new remote compatible with my ancient unit. He also examined the unit itself and did some minor repairs (missing/loose screws, etc.) to "tide me over," he said, until I had no choice but to replace the garage door and unit. I know who I'll be calling when that time comes! And guess what--the technician was a happy man, content in his work, who smiled most of the time we were talking. It was a great way to greet Monday morning!

Steven was polite and did the work then and there. I guess fixing these things is expensive because it was. But still cheaper than we thought it’d be and the door works great now and slides smoothly and quietly after replacing the broken/old springs and rollers.
