First time in over 30 years I needed service on the door and glad I called Precision. Jim was the technician assigned to survey the job and either fix it or recommend replacing it. Thankfully it became a repair job. Points to know: 1) All parts were on the truck which included spring, drums, cables and rollers. 2) Once Jim started he was all business. Pleasure doing business with Precision Garage Doors!

We try to be fair with our pricing and price match competitors written quotes if it is apples to apples and not a clearance sale. Unfortunately we were not given the opportunity to see the specs on the door or opener that you ultimately purchased.

My keypad was not working. The technician diagnosed the problem replaced the keypad adjusted the unit and fully tested it. Very friendly courteous and thorough.

Thanks Precision Door! Called on Sunday afternoon and Jim was here Monday afternoon. Took him 15 minutes to fix my problem, checked my doors out - wished me a Merry Christmas and left. I couldn’t be happier

Was quoted $300 so I expected that. Turned out to be over twice that and the added $cost was for two cables and 4 pulleys? Tech was good. No prob there. Cable and pulley costs are outlandish.

Brian showed up today after our former technician promised to call us back and never did. He diagnosed the problem, offered several solutions and made the installation/replacement in a quick, efficient manner. He explained everything to us and made sure we knew how to operate all of the keypads and remotes. We were very impressed and would highly recommend Brian/Precision to anyone who needs their garage doors replaced, repaired or installed.

We have a small garage and garage door and Precision provided an excellent solution. They customized the door opener to work perfectly without the door slamming to the ground when closing. The best part of the service was that Brian corrected the original installers errors on the door hinges and rollers, all of which were on backwards. He truly went above and beyond with his level of service. A great job, a knowledgeable and experienced installer, great communication, too. I would confidently recommend this group to anyone! Thank you!
