I was impressed with Precision Garage Door Service all through the process, from my phone call to them late at night through the installation of a new garage door opener. Carl was the technician who installed the garage door opener. He was prompt, knowledgeable, he quickly diagnosed and explained what needed to be done and gave me the estimate. There was no hard sell and Carl was very friendly. After I agreed with the replacement and price he quickly got to work replacing the opener. In about an hour he installed a new garage door opener, replaced the rollers and was meticulous about cleaning up. I am completely satisfied with Precision Garage Doors. Doesn't get any better. When its time to replace my garage door I'll definitely be using them. I highly recommend them.

Their service is reliable and courteous. Even though our garage doors were installed years ago, they always come when we have issues in a timely period. Their technicians are courteous and knowledgeable, explaining what needs to be done and why. And their service costs are never unreasonable. We highly recommend their business.

Woke up to a broken torsion spring and couldn’t get my garage door open. Called Precision Garage Doors and they made a great effort to fit me into their schedule and replaced the spring and other old hardware by the middle of the day. Technician Bobby was terrific. I would highly recommend this company.

Steve was very helpful in explaining the issues with our old system. He gave us the options we have if we wanted to fix the old system, and he also educated us what the new systems offer. From his initial contact, having called to give us a time frame of his arrival and then all that he provided during the service appt,, AWESOME!!
