My Garage Door went off the track at 11 A.M. on Saturday morning. I called precision and their Technician Robbie arrived by 2:30 P.M. the same day! Robbie quicky assessed the problem and performed the needed repair. He was very friendly and courteous. I would recommend Precision to my neighbors.

I was impressed with Precision Garage Door Service all through the process, from my phone call to them late at night through the installation of a new garage door opener. Carl was the technician who installed the garage door opener. He was prompt, knowledgeable, he quickly diagnosed and explained what needed to be done and gave me the estimate. There was no hard sell and Carl was very friendly. After I agreed with the replacement and price he quickly got to work replacing the opener. In about an hour he installed a new garage door opener, replaced the rollers and was meticulous about cleaning up. I am completely satisfied with Precision Garage Doors. Doesn't get any better. When its time to replace my garage door I'll definitely be using them. I highly recommend them.

I called Precision based on an ad in The Home News Tribune. Steve Posner arrived on time. He assessed my problem and made the adjustment quickly. He explained the cause of the issue to avoid future trouble. We then discussed the overall aging of the garage doors and general deterioration of the equipment. He patiently gave me affordable options to upgrade and I decided on replacing the entire set up. Steve was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I appreciated his honesty and good nature. I also was grateful for help in arranging financing through the administrative person on the phone. I look forward to the installation.

Woke up to a broken torsion spring and couldn’t get my garage door open. Called Precision Garage Doors and they made a great effort to fit me into their schedule and replaced the spring and other old hardware by the middle of the day. Technician Bobby was terrific. We have used Precision and will continue to do so. They are pleasant to deal with, the phones are always answered and they are very prompt. Today our Precision Garage Doors technician was Cody. He was very polite, friendly and thoroigh. Cody fixed our garage door, checked everything and made some observations and suggestions regarding our aging machinery. But no hard up-sell. The pricing is transparent and fair. I highly recommend Precision
