My son did the leg work to find a reliable company we could trust to be honest with us and tell us exactly what was wrong with the garage doors. The technician Richard Jones was early for the appointment (this was a first). He explained everything to me and gave me his opinion on two different ways to go. I waited until my son got home and let him call the technician to have him explain everything, then we made the decision to replace both doors. Thank you Richard for being so kind to an old lady who doesn't know a lot about garage doors.

My technician did a thorough inspection, explaining everything. And once he determined that the track was never installed straight, thus causing the wheels to get caught and not operate properly-he fixed it. Now, it works and no longer makes tons of noise. I was thrilled with the work and level of profesionalism and would both recommend and use again. Thank you!
