Arrived home to find my garage door open even though I had watched it close an hour earlier. Pushed the button to close it & it went down & up, refused to close completely.It was stuck open until CJ arrived that afternoon & explained my alternatives completely after checking out everything. Excellent service!

Love you guys. Service is dependable and usually the next day. The person making the appointment is friendly and courteous. This is the only company I use. The technician Mike is friendly and knowledgeable. Found problem immediately and fixed it. All the other employees are just as nice and knowledgeable. Thanks again for a job well done.

I never had to have a garage door serviced before. I searched in google and found Precision Door Service. I was very impressed with Bobb Sanborn. He knew what he was doing. He showed me several ways they test the springs and rollers. We have three garage doors and he looked at all three. He pointed out the issue with the door that was the main reason for our call. I gave him the go ahead to do it the right way and replace everything (caster pulleys, Nylon rollers, cables and springs). I noticed right away a difference in the way the door opened and the noise. We are very happy with the work performed. Bobby was very efficient and cleaned everything up when he was done. GREAT JOB.

Hello, Good morning, Mike was as polite and professional as can be, from his work ethic to his personality, it was clear to me that he was the right guy to work on my garage door. I thought he was terrific in every way. Keep him employed always. I thanked him for his Military service of which he did not tell me but I asked if he was in the military and his answer was yes, I asked what branch and he said I’m a Marine. I love it. If we need garage doors or repairs again or anyone I know needs them I will recommend Precision 100%. Thank you

I had used Precision Door several years ago for another repair. So when this issue came up I called Precision again. I was very happy with this service call . Bobby, the technician...was great ! He was friendly, knowledgeable and quickly accessed the problem. I was expecting a costly repair , due to the age of the garage door opener and equipment but Bobby was able to make the necessary repairs in a timely and efficient manner. He also offered some suggestions regarding future replacement or repairs of the motor, springs, remote access etc. All very helpful to me. Bobby is an asset to Precision. I will definitely recommend Precision Garage Door Service to others.

I was very pleased with the wonderful service I received when my garage door cable broke. Service was provided within an hour of my call for help and the work was completed within an hour. I had the cables replaced along with the springs and rollers. And was able to purchase a 10 year warranty. The service technician was very knowledgeable and courteous. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Doors to everyone.

Arrived n time, with all the parts carried on truck, including new opener. Flawless install and explanation of device, app, and all functions. Not one screw or scrap left behind aafter work and this after opener, rollers, springs, and gasket replaced. All materials high end and Mike was personable, knowledgeable, polite, and respectful. Brian T. Ford. Jr - technician Brian was extremely professional, courteous and personable. Brian came on time and solved the problem; repairing the garage door better than it was before malfunctioning. Brian inspected the entire system of the door explaining several things to me and my options. Repair was done considerable quick and at a fair price. Your technician, Steve, did an excellent job. He quickly diagnosed the problem, explained the solution, and showed me how installing the upgraded hardware would solve my badly operating garage door problem. I researched the top ten Garage Door companies in my area and your company is rated number 1 by n the list so I called and knowing it’s a holiday that you might not be available but your tech Michael responded and inspected the he job, gave me an estimated and we agreed. The repairs were made and the door operates like new though it was installed on n the 90’s. 5 stars from ma happy customer.
