The service was perfect. Quick timing for an appointment. Tech showed up on time and called to let us know he was on his way. the tech was polite, efficient and left the space clean. I have used Precision in the past and would use them again. The opener was installed in 2013 and now in 2025 is the first time it needed any service at all. Recommend this business to anyone in need of garage door services.

I searched the internet for a garage door repair service and picked Precision based on their advertising and the amount of information they supplied about their personnel. The young lady who took my initial call really made everything simple. she set up my appointment, explained the initial service fee and how it would be deducted if the cost for repairs were above a certain amount and informed me that the repair person would call before they arrived. On the day of my appointment 6/7/2025 the technician (Joe Yazal) arrived on time after calling ahead to inform me he was coming. Joe was friendly, efficient and completed the needed repairs in a timely manner. I will call Precision again if I need repairs down the road.

Precision had helped us in 2019 when we had an issue with our garage opener. They inspected, corrected the problem and also replaced the warm dash at the bottom of the door. Very professional. Currently we could not close the door and the motor sounded terrible. We called and received a quick response. After the service tech inspected the door and opener, the problem was explained and options were explained clearly so we could make a decision to repair or replace. The service tech was very professional and knowledgeable. We were very pleased.

Called to get a new remote pad to open garage door. Had an appointment for the next morning, cane on time, replaced key pad and had it working in no time. Professional and honest and gave some advice on programming my car as well. Highly recommend.

From the initial phone call for service to the completed job, all Precision employees were efficient, courteous, and professional. The call prior to arrival was much appreciated and the work itself, done quickly and satisfactorily. Both CJ & Seth were just as good as anyone could possibly ask for. Have used Precision in the past. Today was an excellent service visit. We needed a whole new unit. The technician Joe Yazal did an efficient job but he also walked us through the set up and even connected our Car remote to the Garage. I am a senior citizen and Joe explained each step of the new technology of the system. We even called him after he had left to verify our understanding of the motion light detector. He not only rendered excellent technical service but his Customer Service skills are highly commendable. Thank you for a job well done and you have a customer for life. We only called your office yesterday, Thursday, and were able to get an appointment for today Friday. Your office personnel are also extremely helpful and friendly.

Appreciated the quick response to my request for service after knocking the garage door down b c I backed up too quickly. C J came within 4 hours . My door and house was secured and the garage door made usable. I was not pushed to do extra unnecessary work though maintenance suggestions were recommended and some were done. I will use this company again for maintaining our doors and if I crash thru them again!

Amazing Garage Door service Called on Friday of Memorial Day. Pleasant and helpful source answered! She was so helpful And reassuring. I thought I might keep trying to figure out how to fix this without hiring someone. Service Rep scheduled my appt for the next day. The servicemen arrived at 10 am. And $700+ later they had installed 2 new springs. Most importantly… the double garage door opens and closes!!!

I looked up companies online and chose Precision because of the red banner that said open today 8-4 I was given a window of 12-3 and was genuinely surprised when Brian arrived at 12. Within an hour our new springs were installed. Originally I had tried to contact the company that had installed the door several years ago, but no one responded to the message I left. Precision has a new customer!

We called Precision because when we looked online you had lots of great reviews We were given a window of 1-3 but your technician arrived by 11:30 which was great since our door was stuck open.
