He explained any problems I was having and gave me solutions to same. Brian also went over the new equipment so I was able to operate everything correctly. The main spring of my garage door snapped. I called Precision and they responded immediately. The service person, A J Kok, looked over the problem and suggested a few options. In about 45 minutes the main spring assembly was removed and replaced. The garage door works better than it ever has A. J. was very courteous and professional AND an extremely NICE guy!
