I will absolutely recommend this company to anyone who needs works done on their doors. The tech (Bobby) was very professional and friendly. He answered any questions I had and explained everything he was doing. I received a quote for new doors to be installed and I will definitely be using Precision to do the work.

I was quite surprised I had everything done on my initial appointment. Springs replaced, new belt driven opener installed, wireless keypad installed, all rollers replaced, and safety mechanisms replaced. Tech was great! On time, prepared, and ready to work. I recommend highly:)

He was kind, professional, explained everything, answered all questions, gave upfront pricing, and got the job done fast. I was very impressed with the whole experience. Excellent! Courteous service on the phone, prompt response, knowledgeable technician and reasonably priced. Received courtesy phone call when tech was on the way. Had keypad installed on my garage door and could not have been more pleased. Highly recommend.

Prompt service for my business, the same day that I called. Broken spring needed to be replaced. Couldn't open the overhead door. Precision had replaced all of the hardware on the door in 2002. I was able to locate the original repair receipt (2002) while the tech was working on the door. Original parts were under warranty for "15" years. Was only charged for service call this trip. I was overwelmed, never expected that amount of time for a parts warranty.
