Precision were with us very quickly. Brian was the Technician. The service was quick, precise and courteous. Brian explained what the issue was and how long it would take to fix, and that's exactly what happened. They turned up when they said they would, and fixed the door perfectly. I would use them again and recommend to anyone.

The whole experience, from researching and Googling to find Precision, to working with customer service to schedule the appointment, to a swift technician visit the next day -- all were seamless, friendly, and accurate. The technician who fixed my problem this morning left me a sticker to put on my garage door, so I know whom to call next time. I was thrilled to affix it to my garage door!
