Chose precision because you installed door before we moved in, and the service that Bobby S performed in March. Tom Bird knows his door mechanics. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He also gave my husband and I An explanation of what caused the problem. Friendly And personable.

Came on time. Cleaned up the mess. One panel was damaged so they are coming back to replace. Would have given a five star but one panel was damaged and I will have to take another day off work when they come to replace.

Everything went smoothly. Except for 2 dents on the new door installed, but Tony notified your office, and the panels will be replaced. He also wrote it on his work sheet. So hopefully it will be taken care of soon. Tony was on time, professional and courteous. Left no mess. Explained all new items. Really nice to have such professional people do work. Hard to find in southern jersey!!!. Thank you very much.

Precision saved us again! When opening the garage door, the wheel popped off the track. While trying to lift the door manually, the trim around the edge was bent. Precision came the same day and fixed the problem. Thank you for providing such expert and speedy service to your neighbor in need.

I was extremely satisfied with the experience I had with Precision. The service was quick and they were very punctual with the appointment.The technician diagnosed the problem and repaired it immediately with parts that he already had on the truck. There was no waiting and we were using our door again in little over an hour. The service I received was great and I would highly recommend Precision to anyone looking for a company that is on time and gets the job done professionally and as quickly as possible. 5 stars...I used your company before (may 5-6 years ago) and this morning the chain broke. First company I called was PRECISION and spoke to a person rather than leave a message. Described my problem and she said, "would be there this afternoon between 1 & 5...HE was here at 3PM and did excellent work. Highly recommend them.!
