Called them after hours on December 23rd and they still had a technician out here the next day (Christmas Eve). He was able to get our door back on track and order a new part for us. Cody (pretty sure that was his name) was personable and professional. So glad we called them!

First time using Precision and very pleased with the service we received. We were offered same day service by customer service - without having to ask! Steve arrived within 30 minutes. He diagnosed the problem with the opener quickly and offered the solution clearly with no misunderstanding. Repair was completed within an hour at a fair price. Garage floor was cleaner at the completion of the job compared to when started. No cardboard, no screws, no metal left behind. Steve was a real pro. He even took the time the reprogram the phone app. I would use Precison again with no hesitation and I recommend Precision highly.

This is the way a business should operate. Their website is well designed, functional, and easy to navigate. The call was picked up on the first ring, the appointment was promptly scheduled to the time that I needed, and the technician (CJ) showed up right on time. Brandon was friendly, knowledgeable and thorough as he explained we needed to have the pulleys replaced. He was not pushing to replace other parts which were still in working order. He was on time (appointment between 10-12, he arrived at 10:20). He called to say he was about 20 minutes out and he was correct. We have used this service twice before and certainly would recommend it

Yes, I am a repeat customer. I had a garage door rebuild last year because of a broken spring and liked it so much I signed up to get the other door done even though it wasn't in bad shape. Brian was my technician again (by my request) and he is very efficient and informative. He is a very tidy worker and cleans up all parts. I will have him back whenever I need garage door service again. He did such a good job I don't expect that call will come anytime in the near future. Thanks Brian.
