Technician CJ was early to our appointment, which was scheduled in one day. He was friendly and diagnosed the problem with both doors immediately, as I described the symptoms. Definitely will use Precision again when needed.

Good same day response. Technician was professional. My main issue for the low rating is the ridiculously high pricing. Over 900.00 to rebuild a single garage door- springs, coils, pulleys, wheels, cables. Entire job took one hour.

Precision exceeded my expectations. I called at 5pm, and they were out the next day by 9 am to replace two garage door openers. Tom Bird was knowledgable, thoughtful, and did an excellent job installing 2 openers and a keypad. He even identified structural issues with the doors, and fixed them for a small fee. Use this company.

Hello First I must say how prompt and reliable your craftsmen are! Both men that came to my home were courteous, professional and certainly precise. They definitely live up to the quality of its company name. (Precision) I trust and am so confident in the professionalism of the company so much here in Florida, that I bought another two doors for my Double Garage is in New Jersey. The installation is May 14th.

Not sure why we were asked to place a review, but will take the opportunity to express the below average customer service that we received today. We hired Precision about a month ago for an emergency issue that ended up being two new spring replacements. After the job, we noticed that our door was hitting the center rod as it opened and closed. We don't recall noticing this for the 7+ years that we had our door, but honestly can't say 100%. I called Precision to see if the new springs were installed correctly, figuring it might have been an issue with their install. I was told that the tech that did our spring job would come out and we secured an 8-10am slot, but was assured we had the first appointment so it would be around 8am. I planned to go to work late based on this appointment. Come the day of service call, there was no word from the tech or the office. At 9:15, I decided to call. The operator had to call the tech to find out where he was. She came back onto the line to inform me that he was held up at the office and would be at our house in 60 to 90 minutes. Needless to say, I was not happy, but at this point I was going to be late for work anyway, so I kept the appointment. 70 minutes later I get a call from the tech (who was not the guy that did the initial job) who tells me he is 15-20 minutes away. Great! Nice to feel like the customer's time is actually worth something! He arrives, looks at the garage door and tells me that it could not have been the install of the new springs that were causing the door to hit the center rail. It had to be there before they worked on the job. Since he didn't do the job, how would he know that, but I had no choice but to take him for his word. Of course, they could fix it for me, but at a cost. No thanks! My biggest issue with the poor service is the fact that they were late for the service call and that if it was as cut and dry that this problem could not have been caused by the new spring install, why wouldn't the operator (who claimed it probably just needed an adjustment) check with a tech prior to taking the appointment. It would have save me from wasting a morning and honestly, would have save them a waste of a service call. Would I use them again, I don't know.

Sorry but I will have to stand with a 2 star rating until the job is completed! Your Tech was a very nice person, it is just a shame that he realized he didn't have the right parts (springs) to do the job, after working on it for 3 hours. Now I am facing a wait of 7 days with my wife's car sitting outside with a weather forecast of the coldest temps we have seen in many years! Mama ain't gonna be happy so Papa ain't happy!
