OUTSTANDING SERVICE!! I am a 68 year old woman who's garage door opener died about July 7th. I went to "big box store" who could not install for 30 days. Went to "Sears and I am still waiting for them to call me to set up install (which I paid for). BTW, they both had the unit into my car before I could swipe to pay. I called Precision on a Thursday and had it not only delivered, take the old one away, but installed by a wonderful gentlemen, today, 2 days after I called. Sure, you can save a few dollars else where on the unit, but you will suffer on the installation. Good luck on whatever you choose, but trust me, go with PRECISON.
