Very happy with the unit, works well. Disappointed that Cody recommended a chain driven unit rather than a belt driven unit. Belt drive is recommended on the website for houses with an attached garage which I have. Belt drive is quieter. Also time window for installation was missed by 2 hours. I had to call 3 times to get updates rather than the office calling me to advise of the delays. I had a new opener and garage door installed.

This is the 2nd time we have used Precision and were very happy both times. This time especially because here we were on a weekend with a garage door that couldn't be closed and they came out when they said they would. The technician knew what he was doing and did it well.

the technician come the right on time, he told us the problems, fix the problems and there was only $60 bill to put in the cables and the new rollers because the door and the parts are warranty.

I called first because our spring broke. Jim Dean arrived and told us the cost to fix the spring. He also pointed out, which my husband knew, other things wrong. The door was 22 years old. Well we decided to go with his suggestion of a new door. Needless to say, we are so happy. Our house looks amazing. Jim even came back to see the new door. Looks like one of your brochures!!
