It’s been a long time since I had such polite professionalism from a company that I searched on line. The CSR was so pleasant to speak with. She answered all my questions and set an appointment so fast. Steve the tech called me to tell me what time he would arrive. He was so pleasant and professional. He knew right away what needed to be replaced abs he for the job done so fast! He also had the patience to speak with my insurance rep He repaired my garage door so fast and it works like it’s brand new! I felt like I knew him forever! What a great guy! I would recommend this company and Steve to everyone!

I thought the price for the spring was rather expensive. And most places wave the service call amount, or at least reduce it when the company comes out and fixes it.
