Your technician Steve came to my home to install a keypad on my garage door. He explained the way it worked, how I could change the pin and guided me through setting up my initial pin. He even lubricated the door hinges as The door was very noisy when opening and closing. STEVE was courteous, personable and helpful. I think it is great that your company provides little bios of each of your technicians. It personalizes the experience.

I was quite pleased with booking this call from beginning to end. Tech. Cody very pleasant. Only took a few minutes to complete call since there was no problem when he arrived. He did oil door and replace bulb. I was also happy with the fact that I was sent a pix of tech b-4 his coming to house. This is really a good safety measure, especially for seniors. Thanks for being so efficient.
