Way too expensive. They force you to change everything rather than just one part. Changing 4 pulley would have coated $450.

I had the Garage Door installed 7 years ago. It stopped closing cimpletely to the ground. I called on a Thursday evening and a technician turned up at my house Friday morning. Tom was knowledgeable, courteous and fixed the problem in about 15 minutes. He also pointed out that the electrical connection to the Garage Door opener was not up to NJ Code. Overall, very satisfied with the service

We have been using Precision for a few years now, but come to think of it, we should have used them a lot earlier. They are always dependable, knowledgeable, and they always fixed it right the first time. The techs are courteous and professional.
