I called yesterday and Steve, the technician came this morning. He did a complete inspection, then made suggestions and gave me options. I now have smooth gliding rollers and a new entry keypad, as well as lubricated door joints. He also replaced damaged screws, all at a reasonable cost. Steve explained everything as he worked. I can highly recommend Precision based on today’s experience.

Brian came to repair my garage door. He was amazing, honest and took the time to explain to me the mechanics of my door. I made a few calls to different companies. One of the companies I had called had replaced my springs 5 years ago and the person on the phone wanted me to diagnose the issue before coming out even though I would be still be paying a service fee. I was told that she didn’t want to send a guy out to replace the springs if it wasn’t the springs and for me to send her pictures. Brian was excellent.

Called with an issue yesterday, received warm welcome and the lady scheduled a visit the next morning! I think they sent Rod (?) - who called me at 8.30am to say he would be there at 9am! He greeted me like an old friend (he installed the double doors), fixed the issue and that is what I called superior service - what a great company and extra points to Rod for his hard work solving the issue

My home is in Mystic Island, NJ. We were destroyed by Sandy and have been rebuilding ever since. I found Precision Garage Doors and made the call. Brian came to provide us with an estimate. He took the time to discuss all of our wants and concerns. He was excellent in assisting us with the doors we wanted, in the color we needed to match our other exterior doors, as well as recommend openers and assorted other items. Brian got us through the order process, painlessly. The doors were ordered and we were expecting to have a wait of several weeks. To our surprise, the order came in three weeks ahead of time. Tony came out to install. He was beyond excellent. I have seen numerous contractors at our home, however Tony was the most professional, detail orientated individual we had met to date. The work site was clean and the work performed beyond words. I cannot say enough about Precision and the men and women who we have had contact with there.
