When our garage door opener stopped working with the track, we called Precision and got an appointment for the very next day. I had to call that morning because our power went out, and I was very pleased with how flexible the company was with delaying the appointment until later in the day. Our technician, Cody, was excellent - friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. He helped us immediately and got the door back into shape in no time. It turns out it was something very minor, but he wasn't condescending about it at all and put our minds at ease. He also took the time to point out some other issues we were unaware of, and that we should keep our eyes on. Would 100% recommend!

I have used Precision for service calls for years and had them replace my garage door at my new home 7 years ago. I have continued to use them and they have always been responsive in emergency situations. Last night I was in a real pinch and called in am emergency service call. Steve showed up and i immediately remembered him because he was through and helpful years back on another service call. He is professional and communicative. As always he explained everything that needed to be done and took care of the issue at 100% last night. It was my past recollection of the service I received on my last visit that immediately drove me to the sticker on the wall when I was in a jam last night, and again they came through at 9 pm last night. I highly recommend this company.

I called Precision Garage Door in the morning because both garage door motors weren’t working. By early afternoon, Jay from Precision came to the house, examined the equipment and thoroughly explained what needed to be done. Jay installed new motors, replaced various parts and quickly got everything working. The doors now operate so quietly. I’m very pleased with the work Jay did and as a result highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service.

Precision, specifically Cody, was on time, diagnosed the problem, tried to repair it with a new part which didn't work, and then had to install a new opener. Cody was knowledgeable, efficient, and very professional. Would recommend Precision to my friends. 5 Stars

After 17 years, things started giving out on my garage door (originally done by Overhead garage Door). It very noisily went down, and when I looked there was a cable hanging down from the side. After spending time trying to figure out where it came from, I called Precision. They were able to come out within hours, had all the needed parts on the truck. They replaced cables, springs, and all the wheels. It's so quiet, you'd think it wasn't working. They were done in about an hour. Very happy customer

Cody took his life into his own hands entering my garage! He bravely took on the maze of bicycles, bookcases and boxes of holiday decorations in order to repair the springs and safety cables of the door. Everything was put back in its place when he was done. Thanks for a great job.

I called at 7:30 on Sunday night and was given an appointment on Monday morning between 8-12. When they were running late I was called to let me know, and the technician called when he was on the way to tell me how long it would be. He explained everything and gave me some advice on upkeep.
