My experience with Precision was excellent. I called on Monday and they came out the very next day. Steve gave excellent customer service and knowledgeable about the garage door opener he explained everything to me thoroughly and gave me tips on maintenance as well. He even climbed up there and show me how to replace the lightbulb in the garage door motor. I would highly recommend.

Rick was very professional. He showed up on time, explained his diagnosis and recommendations clearly, and relayed the information to our home warranty representative. He installed the new garage door opener quickly and was clean and neat. I would highly recommend using Precision Overhead Doors and I would recommend Rick for his professionalism and technical abilities.
