I didn't know who to call when we needed our garage door fixed so I came on to the internet and started looking around for someone local. I came across your page and was instantly drawn the the positive reviews I read. I decided to give you guys a shot and called to make an appointment. Mike came out the next day and fixed our problem so quickly!! He was very professional, very nice and very knowledgeable. Hopefully I won't need my garage door fixed again but if I ever do, you'll be the first ones I call. and if I ever know of someone needing services, you'll be the first ones I recommend!

Hello, Good morning, Mike was as polite and professional as can be, from his work ethic to his personality, it was clear to me that he was the right guy to work on my garage door. I thought he was terrific in every way. Keep him employed always. I thanked him for his Military service of which he did not tell me but I asked if he was in the military and his answer was yes, I asked what branch and he said I’m a Marine. I love it. If we need garage doors or repairs again or anyone I know needs them I will recommend Precision 100%. Thank you

The Technician Michael Solis was excellent and efficient. My only concern is the price, which I thought was too high. When I compared the price of the parts on the web, the price should have been in the $300 range. I have used your company in the past for both of my houses. I my have to shop around in the future.

I chose Precision based on reviews on their website. I am so glad that I did. Jay was dispatched to my home. He arrived on time and called before arrival. My remote was not working on my garage door and I felt that I needed a service on the door as I am a new homeowner here and did not think that the previous owner kept up with service. Needless to say, Jay was courteous and informative. He explained everything, I did need a new remote and opted for a new outside panel as well. He checked out my door and let me know that besides needing a good lubrication, my garage door was in good shape! I am very happy with Precision and especially Jay! Thank you! You have a loyal customer and I will spread the word!

Last year I had Precision install a new motor and keypad. This past Thursday the keypad stopped working. Due to my schedule, I was unable to get a technician in until Tuesday. Brian Ford, the technician, looked up my installation date, and said my warranty expired 2 days ago. He said no problem, we will honor that warranty since you called Precision before the warranty expired. He replaced the keypad and showed me how to reset it if this happens again. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. In fact, he had just installed a keypad for my sister last week. She and her husband will be moving in here in a few weeks. They also had a very good experience with Brian.

Bobby came to service my garage opener. He could of told me anything was wrong but he was honest and explained something was wrong with the wiring. I Could not be happier. Highly recommend this company. Also the woman on the phone was very polite and knowledgeable. I Could of had it serviced same day.

Precision was better on price, other Company for same door much more money, Precision came on time to go over everything about a garage door. The installer was very professional even the sales person was very professional. When I called to make appointment all who answered phone very nice. I give this Company A 10. I have already referred my friends to Precision. Customer Service excellent, made me feel like I came first.

I just moved in and needed a tune up on my automatic garage door. Scheduling an appointment was quick and easy. Brian the technician arrived on time, was pleasant courteous and informative. He inspected everything and reviewed 3 options for servicing the equipment. He answered questions and helped me choose the best course of action, then got the entire job done in under an hour. He explained the work and made sure I was comfortable with operating the system and the remotes before he left. Fantastic experience, quality efficient work provided by a pleasant technician. Couldn’t have asked for anything more. Will definitely recommend Precision Garage Doors!
