We were very pleased with Precision's employees and the quality of the work done. It was a pleasure to call and speak with a live person on the first try. We were given an appointment that worked perfectly with our schedule. Your technician, Robert Sanborn, called first and arrived on time to complete the job. He explained clearly all of our options for fixing the problem--broken spring. Precision is a high quality company with professional and courteous employees. And your trucks look great, too!

Brian did an exceptional job replacing my springs. He explained the technology and reasons for his repair choices. There was no hard sell. He arrived a little later than scheduled but I received two telephone calls telling me that he was delayed. Hopefully no more problems for me but I highly recommend his work.

Steve rebuilt all the hardware in our existing garage doors so they run much smoother and quieter than before. He carefully explained the options available and the price. And he showed up within 24 hours of the call. Best part is there is a 10-year warranty on the parts. We were very happy with Steve's promptness, professional and skill. A+

Great experience having my garage door repaired. After the torsion spring snapped and my car was held captive in the garage, I called Precision and they had a technician out to me early the next morning. Jay did a terrific job and was efficient, friendly and accommodating. When he finished the job (under an hour) he patiently showed me how to properly lubricate the door twice a year. My garage door is now whisper quiet and it works beautifully!!

Precision Garage Door repair gets the job done with Precision! Springs &cables were broken on the garage door. Everything was replaced, along with new rollers. Using high quality products in a timely manner. Their technician Jim Dean, was polite, and knowledgeable. He repaired the door and it's so much more quieter. Love the 10 year warranty on the parts. The Tech Brandon that came to the house to measure, review and provide an estimate was vet professional, on time, polite and thorough. At the time of intallation, the second tech Tony was on time if not a tad early, knowledgeable, neat and professional.
