From the initial phone call for service to the completed job, all Precision employees were efficient, courteous, and professional. The call prior to arrival was much appreciated and the work itself, done quickly and satisfactorily. Both CJ & Seth were just as good as anyone could possibly ask for. All in all, a surprisingly well and above-average business experience. Would recommend Precision to anyone, anytime.

Our garage door broke(spring snapped and we needed it fixed ASAP because my husband has mobility issues and uses the garage to enter and exit our home. Honestly I googled and the first business I called was Precision garage doors of NJ. They gave me an appointment the next day and Brian arrived in the time frame promised. He pointed out some other exiting issues with the garage door which we gave him permission to fix. In 40 minutes the job was done and now we have peace of mind with a 5 year warranty on the work Brian completed. Brian is an asset to Precision Garage Doors- courteous and professional.

We called Precision because of the great service they gave us over 12 years ago. We needed to travel on Christmas Eve and late the day before our garage door springs broke. We called many companies and Precision was the only company that answered the phone. They responded quickly and we were so appreciative! This time our only car was stuck in the garage, again for a broken spring. Precision again responded quickly. They asked appropriate questions . We called around 11:30 and they said a technician would arrive between 1 and 4. CJ was great. Knowledgeable, polite ,patient and professional. We were as pleased with service this time as we were 12 years ago. We are now looking forward to a new a new garage door in several weeks. Thanks Precision!

The Service Tech Joe repaired my existing door and installed a new motor. Joe went over the installation and I ordered a new door which will take a couple of weeks to arrive. Joe explained everything in detail and I am very happy with the service and response time.

Precision door put my new garage door in 8 years ago, I never had an issue….well 8 years later my spring needed to be changed and I Thank God I was still in their system, they sent out one of their guys “Bobby” who could not have been any nicer, very polite and professional. I was unable to open my garage door and called Precision and they sent someone out right away...so surprised at the quick service! He fixed the door and noticed my sensor light was not working, so fixed that as well. Very courteous and professional and reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend them!!

After doing a small repair, the service person promised a 5 year warranty but failed to provide a receipt saying specifically “5 year Warranty”! I’ve been repeatedly asking for that receipt with the five year warranty on it. I’ve received three duplicate receipts, saying nothing about a five year warranty. The office staff and the installer have been passing. The book back-and-forth To me, This is unacceptable.

I never had to have a garage door serviced before. I searched in google and found Precision Door Service. I was very impressed with Bobb Sanborn. He knew what he was doing. He showed me several ways they test the springs and rollers. We have three garage doors and he looked at all three. He pointed out the issue with the door that was the main reason for our call. I gave him the go ahead to do it the right way and replace everything (caster pulleys, Nylon rollers, cables and springs). I noticed right away a difference in the way the door opened and the noise. We are very happy with the work performed. Bobby was very efficient and cleaned everything up when he was done. GREAT JOB.

Brian T. Ford. Jr - technician Brian was extremely professional, courteous and personable. Brian came on time and solved the problem; repairing the garage door better than it was before malfunctioning. Brian inspected the entire system of the door explaining several things to me and my options. Repair was done considerable quick and at a fair price. Garage floor was cleaner then before he came; not even leaving a screw left behind. Brian is. REAL PRO. I’ve used Precision two times prior and with no hesitation would I use the again. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Precision Door and Brian Ford. A SKILLED PROFESSIONAL. Friendly. precision called at 8:15 am and mike arrived at 9:30 am. accessed the problem with the door and gave a repair estimate that was reasonable. he repaired the door and now works like new. Mike was very nice and explained what was wrong and what he was going to do. highly recommend precision door and will call them for the next repair.

My garage door collapsed one afternoon approximately 3pm and I placed a call into Precision to see what they can do and when.
