We contacted Precision for an estimate to replace existing garage doors, belt drive garage door openers, and storm doors. It was easy to schedule the estimate according to our availability. The door designer Caitlin was punctual and very pleasant. She was extremely knowledgeable about the products and the warranties. On her tablet, Caitlin created exactly what we wanted. We had a few questions which she researched and answered within a few hours. We received the detailed estimates quickly. Caitlin is a pleasure to work with and an asset to Precision.

He called ahead and let me know exactly when he would arrive and made sure I knew he would fix my problem for me.Brian was very upbeat and professional and made sure I understood the problem with the doors and what it would take to fix them and he also gave me options on payment types. From the first person I met to analyze the job, anyone I communicated with and the installer who completed the job all had the same demeanor. Seth solved the problem I was having also suggested the replacement of rollers, cables, and springs as they were never serviced in 10 years and he showed me the wear and tare on the above mentioned equipment. He was pleasant, courteous, and knowledgeable about his craft. Upon receiving the emailed invoice I noticed a 25.00 charge for disposal of misc hardware. Was not aware there would be a fee for that. I feel the charge was uncalled for in light of the amount for the total repairs. My bad for not looking at the computer to see the itemized charges. All in all satisfied with your service.
