Weather strip needed replacing. The lady that I made the appointment with was very helpful with questions that I had. The technician called to let me know he was on his way (which I appreciated). He was courteous and professional. I would definitely use their service again.

My garage door opened on its own. Changing the internal code to the transmitter didn't solve the problem. I used Precision Garage Doors in 2017, so I called them again. Later the same day, Steve, from Precision Garage Doors, explained to me what the problem was, & why I needed a new garage door motor. An hour later, my garage door is functioning perfectly & quietly. Thank you, Steve, for your expert work.

from the first phone call to them to the completion of the job everything was exceptional. The girl that took my information was so pleasant informative and just aa pleasure to talk to. My technician that came to my home for the service was an outstanding gentleman and was very informative.
