It was very upsetting when our garage door stopped working. But the call to Precision Door Service turned that around. Their website is very thorough and include the names and pictures of their technicians as well as info regarding their expertise. When I called to schedule a repair the person on the phone was pleasant and accommodating. I was provided with the name of the technician that would complete the repair and given the info that he would call before he arrived. Cody was terriffic and very personalbe. He did call and let me know his ETA. He identified the problem immediately, explained it to me and had the repair completed within 45 minutes. Outstanding! I have recommended Precision to others.

Precision helped us a few yrs ago. One of our garage door’s spring had snapped overnite. We realized when we attempted to open the door this morning. Called before 9a. Technician James came by 1:30p n completely repaired with new springs and a 10yr warranty. Thank you!

We called Precision because of an exterior keypad that was not functioning . Brian and Jay were both very professional and explained what the issue with keypad was and the results of the safety inspection. Bobby was our technician and he did a great job explaining to us our different options. We kept our door, he just changed the motor and the hardware. He didn’t push us to buy a new door, which would have been useless.

Tom was quick and professional as well as friendly and knowledgeable. We discussed possible reasons for the hinge breakage. I requested replacement of the hinge on the other side as well. It was less but also “off kilter”. Thank you Tom.

Precision has been our go-to garage door service provider for over 15 years. They repaired our original garage doors and openers and when the time finally came for an upgrade, they installed our new doors and openers and have maintained them since. All the employees are friendly, professional and helpful, from the office staff to the technicians. I know that if I ever have an issue, Precision will go above and beyond to get it taken care of.
