It was very upsetting when our garage door stopped working. But the call to Precision Door Service turned that around. Their website is very thorough and include the names and pictures of their technicians as well as info regarding their expertise. When I called to schedule a repair the person on the phone was pleasant and accommodating. I was provided with the name of the technician that would complete the repair and given the info that he would call before he arrived. Cody was terriffic and very personalbe. He did call and let me know his ETA. He identified the problem immediately, explained it to me and had the repair completed within 45 minutes. Outstanding! I have recommended Precision to others.

Precision helped us a few yrs ago. One of our garage door’s spring had snapped overnite. We realized when we attempted to open the door this morning. Called before 9a. Technician James came by 1:30p n completely repaired with new springs and a 10yr warranty. Thank you!

They repaired our original garage doors and openers and when the time finally came for an upgrade, they installed our new doors and openers and have maintained them since.
