We called Precision because of an exterior keypad that was not functioning . Brian and Jay were both very professional and explained what the issue with keypad was and the results of the safety inspection. I will definitely call them for future service snd recommend Precision to friends and neighbors.

Bobby was our technician and he did a great job explaining to us our different options. We kept our door, he just changed the motor and the hardware. He didn’t push us to buy a new door, which would have been useless.

Tom was quick and professional as well as friendly and knowledgeable. We discussed possible reasons for the hinge breakage. I requested replacement of the hinge on the other side as well. It was less but also “off kilter”. Thank you Tom.

Precision has been our go-to garage door service provider for over 15 years. They repaired our original garage doors and openers and when the time finally came for an upgrade, they installed our new doors and openers and have maintained them since. All the employees are friendly, professional and helpful, from the office staff to the technicians. I know that if I ever have an issue, Precision will go above and beyond to get it taken care of.
