Called for a repair. Mike came and tried to repair our old opener. Unfortunately we needed a new one. Mike installed the new opener. It was quick and easy. Everything was programmed and works perfectly. This new opener is much quieter and smoother than the old one. Nice Job Mike!!

The technician (Brian Ford) inspected my garage door, springs, etc. and recommended a spring package to resolve the issues. He was very professional and completed the work in the estimate given. He also pointed out some things to be aware of. I was extremely happy with the service.

CJ came out explained what the issue was with my garage door. He explained that I could replace the track or put in a whole new opener since the opener I already have is 24 years old. I chose to replace the whole thing. He was very professional cleaned up after himself. I would recommend precision to anyone with the garage door issue.

This was not the first time I had Precision. Several years ago I had one of the Garage door openers repaired. I was very pleased with that repair. That's why I called this time when springs and cables and so forth broke. Technician Steve arrived and we discussed repairs not only on the broken door but also the second door. Our meeting with Jim Dean, Precision's salesperson, was very pleasant and informative. Jim discussed the various garage door options that were available to us. He talked about the pros and cons of different types of garage doors. We felt like we were talking with a family member who had our best interests in mind. It was for this reason that we immediately placed our order for a new garage door from Precision. We will follow up on this comment after our new garage door is installed.

Michael came to my house on monday to check my key pad not working .. my husband was home , he said nothing is wrong , works fine , when i came home tuesday nite couldnt get in … tried more then once husband had to come down an open for me..wasted $99

They answered the phone with a real human not a machine. They scheduled a tech for Black Friday and he sowed up on time and made the repair. The price was reasonable and the repair was first class. Super nice guy. I have this company on my speed dial list from now on. Great job.

Service repairman gave me a 30 min courtesy call in advance which is so appreciated. Service today was quick and resolved within 10 mins. Doors required silicon spray treatment to hinges and tracks to prevent squeaking. Service guy was friendly, polite, informative and professional. Thank you Precision Doors!

I called Precision around noon today. I was told that the serviceman, Steve Posner would arrive between 2 and 5. He called to say he was coming at 1:45 and showed up at 2:30. He assessed the problem and gave me options. He did a rebuild in less than an hour. His work was perfect. He was courteous, and he cleaned up so it looked like he hadn't been there. I'd recommend this company to anyone with a garage door problem.

Precision is a 5 Star company. I had an emergency with one of my garage doors coming out of the track hanging by the safety cord. A big mess. Called Precision at 1;45 pm. Techincian, Tom arrived at 2:45 . Outstanding response. As I have had periodic problems with my garage doors, Tom explained the reasons why. Besides resolving my immediate issue, Tom was able to replace all hardware, springs, pulleys, safety cords , reinforce all support brackets in under 3 hrs. Basically rebuilding the garage doors. Tom was extremely efficient in doing the work. Also I appreciated Tom’s very cordial and professional manner. A real gentleman.

Bobby called ahead of time to say when he would be arriving. I had an old garage door opener which after Bobby’s assessment I decided to replace rather than try to repair. Bobby thought it would take about an hour and he was spot on with that estimate. He was very courteous and professional, a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend.

I chose Precision Door Service of Central and South Jersey because I read the reviews on line and was pleased with what I read. I was having a problem with the remote openers and, since they, along with the opening motor, were quite old I wanted the entire door and parts checked out. Brian, the service technician met all of my expectations. He was courteous and reviewed the workings of my garage door with me and explained the parts and what function they played. He offered me several suggestions, along with their costs, that would fix my issue and did not pressure me into any one option. I chose to replace the opener motor since it was quite old and I wanted to ensure I have continued operation of the door. He did that efficiently and effectively while also lubricating the tracks for smoother operation. He then reviewed the full operation and explained how to use the new remote openers, new keypad and new inside opener button. I felt the price was fair and I am very happy with Precision and, especially, very happy with Brian their technician.
