I have been using Precision for the past many years. They never disappoint me. My garage door had a problem last night. When I called this morning, I was so happy they were able to send Steve over in a few hours. He is really good at what he does. Fixed the problems and explained everything to me. Brian came out to help us with our garage door today. He was very friendly and had a great personality. Brian was extremely knowledgeable about all garage door products. He gave us suggestions but wasn’t pushing to sell us anything we didn’t need. We’ve used Precision three times now and have always had good experiences. Great service at great prices.

My garage door was squeaking for the last 3-4 months i had lubricated the rollers and everything else Bob from precision came out listen to the door open and close thought he knew where it was coming from and lubricated a bearing on the roller Silence, so he informed me that there were metal shaving which he showed me ( bearing breaking down) , recommended changing the bearing spring and rollers. Garage door is silence as can be . Did a great job

Could not be happier with Precision. Tracy in the office was so patient and understanding. She was professional and had excellent customer service. Mike the installer was an expert. So pleasant to talk to and his work was clean, accurate and precise, and made sure the customer was satisfied.

Brian was great. Came the same day within a couple of hours of the call. He gave me a detailed explanation of what the issue was and also a lesson on doors and springs. The spring he replaced it with was much better quality and a 5 year warranty! Much appreciated will refer gladly.

I just wanted to say that I'm so glad I listened to my neighbor and called Precision. They came with an hour of me calling and the senior technician Rick Jones was awesome! he was kind, courteous and cleaned up after himself. Not only did he do a great job taking out my old garage door opener units completely and installed new ones but he took the time to explain everything and even helped me program my car to open the new openers. Precision's technician Cody called during the 30 minutes before arriving, then he arrived on time to begin work to troubleshoot and repair our overhead garage door system. He quickly diagnosed the problem and gave us the price to which I quickly agreed. Then he carefully, efficiently, and politely performed the repair, explaining the steps as he went. The the door opener immediately worked smoothly without need for any further adjustments. Cody's work caused no interruption to our day and we were thoroughly pleased with his fine work and professionalism. Kudos to Precision!

Excellent Installation and Service for setting the appointment and executing the order.. Tony the Installer called in advance and did the job methodically and very professionally. He made sure the all the functionalities of Remote, Multiple car HomeLinks and the internet acesss from the Phone and Laptop for the garage worked as well. All the old material was hauled completely as well.

Steve was my service tech this week. He came to my home early and was very patient while I called my landlord to approve the work. Steve was very knowledgeable, polite and pleasant. Both of my garage doors are now working perfectly! I would definitely recommend Precision Garage Doors.
